Mix together thoroughly in a large bowl, utilizing your hands. Spread this mixture out on a large cookie sheet, and bake at 350 for about a half hour until it is starting to brown, taking it out every 5 minutes or so to stir it around. 6 cup strawberries – sliced – 2 boxes pectin – 1 3\/4 cup honey – 2 tablespoon lemon juice.
